The communities of the Rise and Encore are located in southwest Calgary – north of Bow Trail and east of 77 St SW. The West Grove Rise Homeowners Association was incorporated in 2017 by the original developer of, Bri-mor Developments.
Bri-Mor have developed several different phases of subdivision within the neighbourhood over the last decade. We were managed by a group dedicated resident volunteers, whom are voted for at each years AGM. Our focus is to enhance the community we live in from neighbourhood events to maintaining and beautifying shared green spaces.

Events bring people together. We hold a few events throughout the year, rain or snow, to help foster neighbourhood relationships.
In 2023 we embarked on a soft landscaping project to bring our plant beds up to standard. We are working with the city to expand the services we can provide.
In order to help keep the look and feel of the neigbouhood, our residents are bound by certain architectural controls.
