We’re excited to invite all members to our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 8:00 – 9:00 PM.

Meeting Details:

📅 Date & Time: Wednesday, May 7 · 8:00 – 9:00 PM (Likely 8:30pm start to 9:30pm)

📍 Where: Video conference. Please click here to begin.

- For the AGM to officially begin, we require a quorum of 50% of HOA members—approximately 132 households.

- If quorum is not met, the by-laws allow us to adjourn for 30 minutes and reconvene with at least seven members present.

- Based on past AGMs, we anticipate this 30-minute delay before the meeting starts.
