About Address Changes

Important Notice: Change of Address Registration

If you currently have a real estate matter (selling, renewing, refinancing, etc.) you might notice that there is a pending registration on your title regarding a change of address. This registration is for all titles and is a clean-up item that the HOA needed to complete to ensure all communications are directed to the Rise HOA and not to Bri-mor Developments (originally on title as the registered office for the HOA).

The change of address was filed on February 10, 2025, and it typically takes around 7 weeks to be registered.
