Notice of 2025 West Grove Rise HOA AGM

Hi Everyone! We’re excited to invite all current HOA members to our upcoming 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, May 11, 2026, from 8:00 – 9:00 PM.

Meeting Details:

Date & Time: Monday, May 11 · 8:00 – 9:00 PM (Likely 8:30pm start to 9:30pm, see Notice of Quorum below for details)

Where: via video call (link to be provided upon request. Please email us here if you have not received a link by Friday, May 8)

Important Notice on Quorum

For the AGM to officially begin, we require a quorum of 50% of HOA members—approximately 145 households.

If quorum is not met, the by-laws allow us to adjourn for 30 minutes and reconvene with at least seven members present. Based on past AGMs, we anticipate this 30-minute delay before the meeting starts

Formal notice, along with the meeting agenda and last year’s AGM minutes will be sent out two weeks prior to the AGM.
